It's Halloween, Daylight Saving Time ends, and the beginning of November this weekend. Plus, we have a cold November rain storm. Most of the state will be dry for Trick or Treating, but there will be a few isolated showers, especially out over central and eastern Montana. Any rain should not be that heavy or last that long. That will not be the case on Sunday as a large storm moves through Montana and a lot of the West. Look for widespread rain to develop on Sunday and continue into Sunday night. There will be snow in the mountains with a few inches of accumulation above 6000'. Some snow could mix in with the rain in the lower elevations Sunday night into Monday morning. The precipitation will taper off from west to east through Sunday night into Monday. Eastern Montana will likely still have rain on Monday. The storm will clear for Election Day on Tuesday.

Don't forget to turn your clocks back Saturday night when you go to bed as Daylight Saving Time ends.

Have a great weekend!
