Thanks to high pressure, we have had beautiful weather today with partly to mostly sunny skies, dry conditions, little to no wind, and mild temperatures! Tonight, it is going to be mainly clear and cool as lows are going to be in the 30s and upper 20s in most locations.

Picture perfect weather is in the forecast for tomorrow so make sure you spend as much time outside as you can! Tomorrow will feature lots of sunshine and warm temperatures as highs are going to be in the 70s and low 80s in north-central Montana and the mid to upper 60s and low to mid 70s around Helena. It will be a bit breezy along the Rocky Mountain Front tomorrow as sustained wind speeds are going to be between 10 and 20 mph. Elsewhere, there will be little to no wind around again tomorrow as sustained wind speeds are going to be between 0 and 15 mph.

An upper-level ridge will continue to be in control of our weather this weekend and early next week, but it will weaken some, which will allow a few disturbances to work their way through the state. A lot of locations will remain dry this weekend, but there will be isolated showers and thunderstorms around each afternoon/evening, especially in the higher terrain, with Saturday featuring the better chance of showers/storms. It will be partly to mostly cloudy on Saturday and partly to mostly sunny on Sunday.

There will continue to be little to no wind around this weekend as sustained wind speeds are going to be between 0 and 15 mph. It is also going to feel great outside this weekend as highs are going to be in the mid to upper 60s and low 70s on Saturday and the 70s and upper 60s on Sunday. Overall, we are going to have really nice weather this weekend, so make sure you do some outdoor activities!

On Monday and Tuesday, it is going to be partly cloudy and there are going to be a few isolated showers and thunderstorms around, generally during the PM hours and generally in the mountains, as a couple more weak disturbances pass through the state. Cooler temperatures are also expected on these two days as highs are going to be in the 60s and upper 50s on Monday and the mid to upper 50s and low to mid 60s on Tuesday. There is also going to be a bit of a breeze around during the PM hours on these two days as sustained wind speeds are going to be between 10 and 20 mph.

Another upper-level ridge will be in control of our weather next Wednesday and Thursday. On these two days, it is going to be mostly sunny and dry. The temperatures will warm back up over these two days as highs are going to be in the upper 60s and low to mid 70s on Wednesday and the mid to upper 70s and low to mid 80s on Thursday. It is also going to be a bit breezy during the PM hours on these two days as sustained wind speeds are going to be between 10 and 20 mph.
