Snow is finally wrapping up this Thanksgiving night.

After heavy snow and howling winds severely impacted travel, we can finally put the winter weather behind us.

At least for a few hours, that is.

Expect just a few lingering snow showers through the night, and even some partial clearing.

Lows will fall as cool as below zero near the Rocky Mountain Front, with teens expected farther east.

By Friday morning snow will be moving back into the state.

Snow will become widespread by Friday afternoon, and finally start to clear out on Saturday.

The next wave of snow will drop several inches for most of the area, with snow totals ranging from 1 to 3 inches near Cut Bank, to as much as 6 to 10 inches near Lewistown.

Winds won't be as strong with this next wave of snow, but the snow will be heavy enough to once again impact travel.

In addition to the snow, we've also got more cold in the forecast.

Highs will be in the teens and 20s Friday.
