High pressure will dictate our weather for one more day before giving way to a cool and rainy weekend.

Temperatures will remain in the 80s for most of Montana on Thursday.

Our first shot of moisture is expected to move in on Friday.

Forecast models are suggesting that the rain will begin Friday morning and last most of the day.

We'll see a slight break in the action on Saturday with just a few lingering showers.

The heavy hitter moves in on Sunday.

This low pressure system is expected to bring widespread moisture and much cooler temperatures to all of the state.

Flooding is a possibility, especially around recent burn scars.

The rain and cooler temperatures are expected to last well into next week.
