A passing cold front will kick off a few showers Friday morning.

Showers are expected to taper off before noon for Central Montana and by the late afternoon for North Central Montana.

Skies will clear as we head through the later portion of the day allowing for highs to reach the low 80s.

High pressure will continue to amplify as we head through the weekend with highs in the mid to high 80s.

Another cold front is on track to pass through the state on Sunday.

This system is anticipated to be mostly dry with wind being the main impact.

Temperatures look to remain a bit cooler as we head into a new work week.
