A slight breezy on top of already cold temperatures has dropped the wind chill factor to well below zero.

With temperatures this cold, frostbite can occur in as little as 15 minutes to exposed skin.

A few light flurries can't be ruled out this morning however skies are on track to begin clearing this afternoon. Highs are expected to reach the mid to high teens later this afternoon.

The downfall with the clear skies is that overnight lows will once again fall to the single digits overnight. Temperatures will remain well below freezing through Wednesday.

Halloween is offering up our first day above freezing, however overnight lows are still expected to remain well below freezing. Temperatures gradually warm to the 40s this weekend.
