Very cold and snowy conditions will continue to impact Montana on Wednesday.
Tuesday's cold front was much more aggressive than expected. In turn, this virtually eliminated the rain and snow mixture that was anticipated, hence the ample snow accumulation.
The snow will continue to stack up on Wednesday. Central and South Central Montana will catch the brunt of this system.
Temperatures will remain below freezing today, only reaching the mid to high 20s for most.
The snow is expected to begin clearing up late this afternoon.
More sun is expected on Thursday, however temperatures will remain cold.
High pressure will offer up more sun and warmer weather this weekend. Temperatures are expected in the high 40s and low 50s for most.
