A cold front quickly moves through Central Montana this morning.
We track a breezy start as you head out the door, but afternoon wind gusts could reach up to 40 MPH in the Plains.
Gusts are expected to be higher along the Rocky Mountain Front.
Another breezy day is in store for us tomorrow with gusts up to 25-30 MPH.
Saturday brings much calmer conditions.
Sunshine and cooler than average temperatures stay in the forecast through the weekend.
Expect a quick warm up to well above average by Monday as highs jump into the 90s.
We stay mostly dry and warm next week, so we will be watching for quickly drying vegetation as we head into midweek next week.
