Gusty and breezy conditions start picking up today with gusts around 25 MPH in Central Montana with higher gusts along the Hi-Line.
By tomorrow and Saturday, gusts will reach up to 40 MPH in Central Montana and will be even higher across the Rocky Mountain Front.
With isolated showers (which will dry out quickly due to increased wind) and relative humidity staying low, we will increase our fire danger concerns through the end of the weekend, and any fires that are started could get out of control and spread quickly.
