The Missoula County Commission announced on Wednesday that the Missoula County Detention Center will not be accepting people who have been charged, but not convicted of non-violent misdemeanor offenses under state laws and/or city ordinances.
Additionally, the jail on Mullan road will not accept people who have been arrested based on a warrant for failure to appear for court dates related to non-violent misdemeanor offenses.
