An adorable video from a Harlem, Montana woman is making waves on the internet.

On April 2nd, Shayz Primeaux shared a video on Facebook. It featured her nieces doing the popular “Don’t Rush” challenge.

Since then, the video has racked up 84,000 likes, 15,000 comments and 192,000 shares. Even Janet Jackson shared the video on her Instagram!

According to Primeaux, her 7-year-old niece Jayda wanted to do the challenge, so they asked their cousins to participate.

The girls live all across the country and in Canada.

They gave the challenge their own twist. The video shows them getting ready and putting on traditional regalia.

According to Primeaux, they’re representing fancy shawl, jingle dress and traditional styles.

“We decided to do it for fun, because we've all been home,” Primeaux said. “We all live far away, so it was just trying to bring together, have fun with our powwow, dancing and dresses. So, we just do that for fun. It's been crazy.”

Jayda said she had fun making the video.

“Thank you for watching, and wash your hands, and be safe,” she said.

The girls featured in the video are:
Jayda WhiteClay (Dinè/Yankton Sioux/Aaniih/Crow from Harlem, MT)
Kacey and Kreelyn StandingRock (Dinè/Chippewa Cree from Rockyboy, MT)
Dinaye and Cree Sayer (Dinè/Plains Cree from Piapot First Nations, SASK CAN)
Shinaya and Lanette Yazzie (Dinè from Phoenix, AZ)
Jolie Ernest (Dinè/Ministikwan Cree from Shiprock, NM)
and Kiahna Slim (Dinè from Table Mesa, NM).
