One man is dead after a vehicle versus pedestrian collision occurred Saturday night.
The Flathead County Sheriffs office along with Montana Highway Patrol were dispatched to Highway 2 in area of Packers Roost at around 9 p.m.
According the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, the pedestrian was pronounced deceased on scene and had been identified as Derek Perez from Columbia Falls.
Montana Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
