Helena’s annual 5th Grade 50’s Bash is less than two weeks away.
Tickets are available online or at the door, and there is no limit to the number of tickets sold.
Group president Kendra Lenhardt said they want to remind parents and students that the 50s Bash is not a ‘date dance.’
It’s a chance to get together with friends and make new ones before coming together for middle school.
Parent volunteers are still needed for decorating and other various jobs.
“For the evening of, for decorating the day of,” said Lenhardt. “And just to send out a reminder that parents are only allowed in the dance only in a volunteer capacity for chaperoning that evening. So if you want to come see your kiddos have a great time, then we’d love to have you as a volunteer.”

The 50’s bash takes place on May 3 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
