Lewis and Clark Sheriff’s Office issues emergency alert for missing boy

(UPDATE, 2:10 p.m.) Lewis and Clark County / City of Helena 911 Center reported the child has been located and is safe.


(1st Report, 1:32 p.m.) The Lewis and Clark County Sheriff’s Office has issued an emergency message regarding a missing child.

An 11-year-old boy has been reported missing from his residence located on the 4400 block of Highway 12 East.

Ledger Jones was last seen around 11 p.m. Saturday night.

He is 4-foot-8 inches tall and weighs 80 pounds. He has dark hair and green eyes. His clothing description is unknown.

If you have any information concerning his whereabouts, please call 911.
