Mogensen charged after reportedly assaulting hospital staff

Brittany Dawn Mogensen has been charged in Great Falls after she reportedly assaulted staff at Benefis Health System.

Court documents state that at about 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, she caused "bodily injury" to a member of the Benefis security team by kicking the person in the torso.

She also reportedly was trying to bite staff members and threw objects at them.

Mogensen, 33 years old, has been charged with the following:

  • 3-1-501 - City Contempt
  • 3-1-501 - City Contempt
  • 45-7-302(1) - Obstructing A Peace Officer Or Other Public Servant
  • 45-6-203 - Criminal Trespass To Property
  • 45-8-101(1) - Disorderly Conduct
  • 45-5-201(1)(a) - Assault, Purposely Or Knowingly Causing Bodily Injury To Another
  • 45-5-201(1)(a) - Assault, Purposely Or Knowingly Causing Bodily Injury To Another
