BUTTE - A Butte woman has started a group of crafters who are making face masks to give away to people during the coronvirus outbreak.

The group is seeking donations of funds and materials to make the masks, which she said is a very rewarding way to spend her time during the self-quarantine.

“It makes me feel like I’m doing my part in the community. I feel very comforted to know that I can provide someone with the means to protect themselves no matter how small it is,” said Francis Kayser.

Donations can be made through the Butte Reusable Face Mask Facebook page or by calling (406) 885-4431.
