Tracking more chances for storms

It’s already been a stormy start to the week in parts of the state, particularly along the Hi-Line and into Northeast Montana.

Storms will continue in these areas into the evening.

Fortunately, no severe weather is expected, but we’ll still see frequent lightning.

On Tuesday, the storm threat moves further south, meaning the Helena area will have the best chance for showers and storms.

Most of the rest of us will stay dry.

The storm threat becomes more widespread Wednesday through Friday, with the potential for stronger, or even severe storms.

We’ll keep a close on those days and keep you updated if severe weather breaks out.
