A warm front is trying to make its way into SW MT this afternoon but most of the warmer air is staying in the higher elevations.

Temperatures remain below zero for most locations in the valleys and lower elevations.

But, winds are generally very  light so wind chill temperatures aren’t too brutal in certain areas, but still in the double digit below zero range to the north.

Wind Chill Advisories remain in effect for portions of northeast Montana through Monday morning at 11 AM.

Snow showers are also continuing to affect certain areas as well, right now in southwest portions of the state but chances of the snow moving into central Montana increases later this evening.

Most areas clearing out Monday afternoon with partly cloudy conditions. Some areas will finally get above zero on Monday afternoon.

Although above zero high temperatures forecasted this work week, temperatures will still remain well below freezing.

Tracking another round of snow possible Tuesday through Wednesday.

We will continue to keep you updated.
