After pretty calm week, our weather begins to change this weekend.
Starting Friday night, winds are going to start picking up.
By Saturday, winds will be gusting well over 40 miles per hour, and high as 80 miles per hour.
The winds will keep temperatures mild.
Lows will be in the 20s Friday night, and highs will be in the mid 40s for Saturday.
Skies will be cloudy Saturday, and few rain showers are possible.
Mountain snow will be falling to our west.
Snow moves into our area Sunday, and lasts into early Monday.
Snow accumulations will be fairly light for most of us, in the order of a few inches, but snow totals over half a foot will be common at higher elevations.
Various watches and warnings are in effect for both Saturday and Sunday.
