HELENA — Peter John Bailor, of Helena, pleaded not guilty to felony theft in connection with break-ins to multiple storage units Thursday.
Bailor entered his Lewis & Clark County District Court Thursday.
Charging documents say that Bailor gained access to the Triple-A storage facility in October of last year.
Once inside, video security cameras show the suspect cutting the locks off storage units and removing items.
He’s alleged to have worked with several other individuals in stealing items from the facility, including an ATV, thousands of football cards and sports memorabilia, furniture, and a china set.
Bailor’s trial has been set for May 2015.
