Thanks for checking out the STORMTracker Weather Blog on this Monday.
Helena saw yet another mild, spring-like day on Monday — official high at Helena Regional Airport was 47°.
With a couple weak storm systems sliding through the state in the next 36 hours, the concern isn’t so much snow, but rather a mix of rain and snow.
Here’s my latest snow forecast for Big Sky Country:
Helena will largely miss out on the snow with these storms. I’m calling for less than an inch of accumulation thru Wednesday.
The first storm will slide in overnight with a chance of some rain/snow into early Tuesday morning. The next system comes in for Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning with light snow possible.
