For 27 years, HBIA has organized the Parade of Homes; an annual event displaying our members’ skills, craftsmanship and accomplishments across the Helena Valley. This is an incredible opportunity for HBIA builders, subcontractors and suppliers to showcase the homes they are building within our community and the pride they have in their membership with HBIA. Thousands of community members tour the Parade homes each year and this year the Parade of Homes will bring innovative concepts to ensure there is value for everyone at the event.
The Helena Parade of Homes is one of HBIA’s largest consumer events and the experience of touring a Parade home will give all attendees the vision, dream and design ideas to make their next home a reality. The Parade of Homes brings a vision for every attendee; whether looking for a custom build with extraordinary detail from floor to ceiling or interested in a starter home full of current trends and designs, the Parade of Homes is the ideal place to be.
This year HBIA offers seven Parade homes from six premier builders including Abraham Construction Services, Blue Mountain Builders, Casteel Construction, Pentecost Builders, Sussex Construction and Steed Industries. In addition to visiting the seven homes, HBIA is bringing the Parade of Homes to an exciting new level with an event Epicenter; a centralized location for attendees to gather, offering live music, kids’ activities, a hay maze, food trucks, beer from Crooked Furrow and vendor booths. For the first time ever, the Epicenter invites all ages for a family fun event including bus transportation to the outlying Parade homes from the Epicenter. On top of the new Epicenter and free transportation, each Parade home will have unique giveaways for attendees to enter to win.
