Temperatures remain on the rise this week as some areas along the Front Range will hit the 40s Wednesday with nearly all of our area reaching the 40s by Thursday.
We are, however, tracking another weather system that is expected to impact the region Thursday and Friday.
We will begin to see clouds build on Thursday as this system pushes our way.
I am expecting a rain-and-snow mix with the possibility of freezing rain overnight Thursday for the mountains and portions of the Front Range.
The immediate Front Range area will see the greatest impacts of this system, however, I do expect it will track across most of Montana.
The good news is this weather system is shaping up to be a quick mover and is expected to out of our area just in time for the weekend.
