The winter storm that impacted our area this weekend hasn't quite released its grip on Montana.
As expected the Northeastern corner of the state has caught the brunt of this storm and will see the greatest impacts Sunday evening into Monday morning.
Snow is still expected Sunday evening for most of Great Falls and Helena, however I'm not expect much more than two inches of accumulation Sunday night for these areas.
Flurries will take us into our work week but will diminish during the day on Monday.
More mild temperatures and sunshine is expected this next week.
We should start to see significant melting by Friday, however with evening lows still below freezing, black ice and slippery roads will still be an issue.
