The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing/Endangered Person Advisory for five children who reportedly have been abducted by their non-custodial mother, Tanisha Felicia MedicineHorse.
The MEPA was issued at the request of the Billings Police Department.
The MEPA states:
Five juvenile children who are with their non-custodial mother on a temporary trial visitation were abducted. The family is possibly headed to Wyoming. The non-custodial mother, Tanisha Felicia MEDICINEHORSE (DOB 08/11/83), is known to abuse drugs and have drug induced delusions which include paranoia. Tanisha is a 34-year-old female Native American woman who is 5'6 tall, 180lbs, with brown hair, and brown eyes.
