Don't let the calmer winds and warming temperatures fool you, we are still anticipating snow this weekend.
Temperatures will continue to rise and are on track to peak this Thursday reaching the mid to upper 30s.
The more mild weather isn't expected to stick around long, as yet another cold front is headed our way.
This cold front is expected to impact our area Friday afternoon and last through the weekend.
Some snow is expected, most of which will stay in the high terrain and Rocky Mountain Front.
Forecast models are in disagreement on just how much snow North Central Montana will receive out of this system.
I do anticipate snow but right know it is still up in the air how much we will actually receive.
Once this system makes landfall we will have a much better idea of how this winter storm will play out for our area.
