GREAT FALLS -

Here's a look at some of the best plays of the week:

5. Class AA Softball

-The plays in the Great Falls Crosstown softball game starts on the defensive end. Bison Freshman Sarah Conway with a great grab, but CMR is comes out on top 12-8.

-Helena looking for a spot at state, helps when you make great plays like this catch from Vanessa Walsh in center.

4. Spring semi-pro football

-Wacky play here. Ant Raines fumbles forward. The ball lands in the arms of Trevor England, who goes 33 yards for he score. The Great Falls Gladiators stay undefeated 48-0 over Helena.

3. State B-C tennis in Missoula

A pair of local tennis duos took home hardware on Saturday. Congrats to Cordell Wittmier and Austin Padilla of Conrad, who claimed the boys doubles championships, and Lauren Harshman and Courtney Gunderson of Chinook for taking home the girls doubles titles. The Beeter girls also took home the team title for a third straight year. 

2. Choteau-Conrad vs. Glasgow, Eastern B/C Divisionals

The Tristin Achenbach show is rounding into form heading into the state tournament. The Choteau junior follows up a no-hitter with a perfect game in a 1-0 win over Glasgow. 17 strikeouts in 7 innings, and the Cowgirls are the 1-seed entering state. 

1. Track State Bests

So many personal records and state best marks in divisional track we couldn't pick just one, so here's as many as we can fit into 15 seconds. Congrats to all of our state bound athletes!
