$1M lottery ticket sold in Black Eagle; 2 $10K tickets sold in Helena Valley

If you bought a Montana Millionaire lottery ticket at the Pit Stop Tavern in Black Eagle, you could be the grand prize winner.

The million-dollar winning ticket -- #125495 -- was drawn as the winner at Montana Lottery headquarters in Helena on Tuesday morning.

Two of the three $10,000 prizes were sold in the Helena Valley. One was sold at Safeway in Helena, and the other was sold at the Town Pump in East Helena.

The Montana Millionaire raffle game sold out on December 20 at 2:05 p.m. This is the fourth year in a row that the game has sold out before the midnight December 31 deadline.

With Montana Millionaire selling out early, lottery officials conducted the grand prize drawing prior to the scheduled date of January 1, 2016. 

The Grand Prize drawing was held on Tuesday morning at the Montana Lottery headquarters in Helena.

George Kesel of the Montana Lottery confirmed the winning numbers and locations to MTN News on Tuesday afternoon.

All winning numbers were drawn from a closed pool of 135,000 tickets. 

There are three tickets worth $10,000; two tickets worth $100,000; and the grand prize ticket is worth $1,000,000.
