HELENA -- The Made in Montana Tradeshow is underway at the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds Friday and will open to the public Saturday.

Friday is the day wholesale buyers had a chance to make their way through the vendor booths.

More than 125 members of the Made in Montana program have their products on display, including everything from food and jewelry to art and clothing.

Lonie Stimac with the Made in Montana program says the show has been going on for many years, but this is the second year it's been held in Helena and exhibitor participation is up by about 30%.

"We've had so much interest from exhibitors who are realizing this is a great place to be, we're going to find great buyers here for the retail stores and the public just outdoes itself on Saturday and comes and joins the party,” says Stimac.

On Saturday, the Made in Montana Tradeshow will be open to the public from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. and admission is free.
