Ashley Elizabeth Binion-Risner, 27, has been charged with a felony for her role in a multi-vehicle collision on Montana afternoon.

The crash sent all those involved to the hospital.
Binion-Risner is being charged with one count of felony criminal endangerment and two counts of negligent vehicular assault.

Two of the three victims taken to the hospital were released have been released; the other driver who was hit by both vehicles is still in the hospital.
(February 27, 2013) A three-vehicle accident on North Montana Avenue on Wednesday afternoon sent four people to the hospital.
At least one appears to be in critical condition.
The accident happened around 5:15 pm, when a green passenger car attempted to turn into a private driveway at the KOA Campground and crashed into a southbound pickup truck.
According to Montana Highway Patrol Sgt. Jay Nelson, that caused the truck to spin in a counterclockwise yaw out of control into the center lane, colliding with a third vehicle head-on.
The driver of the southbound pickup truck had to be extricated from the vehicle.
A passenger in that pickup truck and the drivers of the other pickup and the car were all taken to St. Peter's Hospital and according to Nelson appeared to be in stable condition.
No names have been released at this point.
It took an hour before the vehicles were cleared from the roadway and traffic was opened back up.
Authorities are continuing their investigation.
