NEAR BOZEMAN - A man is in custody following a suicide threat late Thursday morning at the Town Pump at Four Corners.
The man called the 911 dispatch center and said that he was going to kill himself and any deputy who responded, according to Gallatin County Sheriff Brian Gootkin.
Deputies were able to make contact with the man and he was taken into custody without incident.
He was found inside a car with a 7-millimeter handgun.
He was taken to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital.
The man's name has not been released.
No one suffered any injuries, Gootkin said.
The Sheriff's department, Montana Highway Patrol, a SWAT team, and Central Valley Fire Department were all on scene.
