The Helena Parade of Homes wrapped up on Sunday.
This year, there were 12 homes on the tour, down from last year's total of 16.
Despite the slight drop-off, Helena contractors consider themselves lucky - Great Falls had no Parade of Homes because there weren't any new home entries.
This is likely because Helena is still experiencing growth due to the stability of government agencies and offices, as well as the VA Center at Fort Harrison.
Contractors say the event isn't always about gaining customers.
"You know, we never know exactly how to evaluate that. I think it can help, the exposure, but it's sure nice to show people what's current in building trends and designs. You know, I think it all helps you as time goes on to get some customers that way," said Bill Pierce, of Pierce Builders and Associates.
On Saturday, the Helena Building Industry Association estimates there were about 1,200 people who participated in the Parade of Homes.
