The Griz and Lady Griz begin the games that count in just a couple weeks. Montana football is coming up on one of the biggest games of the season this week. And the running game is finally running on all cylinders.
Chase Reynolds rushed for over 100 yards in the first half, and Thomas Brooks-Fletcher added another 100 in the 2nd against Sacramento State. The one constant, the big offensive line, that turned in one of their best games of the season.
Justin Roper, Griz Quarterback, "And it's not like we were running the ball and he broke a tackle at the line of scrimmage, and then bounced it and broke 2 more tackles for 15 yards. There were gaping holes that our line was making. You know that TBF, or Chase, or whoever were able to get through."
Bobby Hauck, Griz Head Coach, "We've had some games where our rushing total was good, but it was a little bit manufactured. We did some things to get some yards here and there, and we had some big plays. This last week, it was a steady, persistent, pounding type run attack."
