The Great Falls Police Department and Montana Division of Criminal Investigation have arrested six people they believe are tied to drug trafficking at That Bar in downtown Great Falls.
All six people are now facing felony charges of distribution of dangerous drugs.
The individuals are Joseph Miller, Evie McCard, Jesse Beatty, Thomas Ray, Garnett Bacon, and Sandra Buus.
An undercover investigation started in early July and court documents cite numerous illegal drug sales in recent months; the individuals allegedly sold agents marijuana, methamphetamine, and prescription drugs.
At least three of the individuals - Beatty, Ray, Bacon - are employees of That Bar; five of the suspects were arrested in the bar on Tuesday night, and the other at a residence on the northwest side of town.
UPDATE: the Great Falls Police Department has provided new information about the case; only six people have been arrested and charged. Frederick Ranney was not arrested and was not in the bar at the time of the arrests.
