Evan Weborg joined Montana's News Station in Helena in May 2010, coming to us from his family farm and feedlot in northeast Nebraska.

- Home town is Bancroft Nebraska (population 500) and he attended Bancroft-Rosalie High School, where he played football, basketball, and track and field

- Graduated from Hastings College in Nebraska in 2011 (a NAIA school) with a degree in Media Production Broadcasting, and Agricultural Business

- Served as the college TV station's sports director and did color commentary for TV for football and women's basketball

- He is an avid fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the New York Yankees

- Enjoys the great outdoors, including skiing, golfing, hunting, and fishing
