Broadwater County Commissioner Franklin Slifka has filed a formal complaint in court against the other two county commissioners.
Slifka claims that he was left out of decisions regarding actions that resulted in placing two county officials on paid administrative leave two weeks ago.
He further alleges that decisions made by Commissioners Laura Obert and Elaine Gravely have violated the open meetings law in conducting business without public meetings.
The complaint comes after an investigation was launched looking into allegations of improper appropriations of DES money through the county.
Both the DES Coordinator, Bill Fleiner, and the County Finance Officer, Natalie Wenzel, were placed on paid administrative leave June 14th.
