Two men are being charged with multiple counts of deceptive practices after allegedly stealing credit card numbers from patrons of a Helena restaurant.
Liang Wang, 29, and Ke Xu, 25, appeared in Helena Justice Court on Wednesday on six felony counts each.
An interpreter from Hong Kong was used to translate the charges since neither of the suspect speak English.
Both men are accused of stealing credit card numbers from at least six customers at the L& D Chinese restaurant in Helena and then going on a spending spree on July 29th.
The two men, who claim to be from Los Angeles, allegedly charged more than $20,000 at various Helena businesses, buying Visa gift cards, a camera, and other items.
They were later arrested in Butte trying to use the alleged stolen card numbers again.
They were transported back to Helena on Tuesday to face charges here.
Both men face up to 10 years in prison and $50,000 in fines on each charge.
They are being held in the Lewis & Clark County jail on $100,000 bond each.
