Reported hanging attempt at Cascade County Detention Center

An inmate reportedly tried to hang himself at the Cascade County Detention Center on Sunday.

Details are limited, but Detention Center staff were able to confirm there was an incident today, but have not yet confirmed whether the inmate died.

State suspends search for company to run medium security facility
